Thank you for your interest in our programmes, and well done in taking the first step towards achieving your goals.
It’s important to consider not only the right programme for you, but also whether this is the right time for you.
Do you have space in your week to think about and plan what changes need to be made, and can you commit to making them?
Think about why your weight is important to you and whether this is important right now?
If you don’t think you have the space in your week, or you don’t feel that you’re at the right moment in time to consider those barriers to your weight loss, then now might not be the time.
You can come back to this at a more appropriate time for you, and we’ll be here to help you.
Don’t worry if you don’t know which programme is best suited to you – our experienced dietitian will review your pre-registration questionnaire and if necessary will suggest a free 15 minute online discussion to establish the right package for you to take, as well as answer any questions you have.
Whichever programme you choose, you have the option of more follow up sessions,
whenever you need them for accountability and support.

Evidence suggests that using a temporary low-calorie diet with a structured re-introduction to balanced eating can help to reduce medications, risk factors for certain health conditions and support sustainable weight loss. This is an intervention that gets better results when followed with the supervision of an experienced dietitian. This diet is achieved using total meal replacements, which meet all your vitamins and mineral needs. There is also an opportunity to eat some vegetables to maintain some plant-points. The aim of this diet is to get you into a mild state of ketosis which can reduce hunger cravings and lead to more rapid weight loss. In addition to this plan, each session will be tailored to you and your goals, but you can expect the programme to include a thorough assessment which will look at your goals, barriers and motivations. Thereafter, we can explore any gaps in your nutrition knowledge and confidence with food. This will help to quickly build a foundation of knowledge that will empower you to make healthier food choices and experience food freedom.
