I’m a specialist in the use of the low FODMAP diet in managing IBS and other conditions often accompanied by troublesome symptoms such as:
I’m extremely passionate about evidence-based nutrition and dietetics, and the use of clinical reasoning to provide safe, practical and quality patient-centred care.
In my work with clients, my approach to the assessment and treatment is always personalised and holistic, paying particular attention not only to the client’s diet, but also their lifestyle including their mental health and current stress levels, their physical activity and quality of sleep.
As well as extensive experience in supporting clients with a range of gastrointestinal conditions I’m passionate about women’s health and the role of nutrition in fertility (male and female).
After graduating from King's College London in 2009 I’ve had over 12 years of experience working with both adult and paediatric clients in the NHS and privately in the UK and the Middle East.
